Eine Kirche, die bei mir sofort den Eindruck erweckt, dass der Kölner Dom verrutscht ist. Sie ist zwar deutlich kleiner, aber die gotische Architektur ist ziemlich abgekupfert, und zwar wirklich vom Kölner Dom. Und das für ein Gebäude, das in den 1930er Jahren erbaut wurde. Die Inneneinrichtung ist wirklich sehr kitschig und für meinen Geschmack schrill bunt. Die Kirche ist sowohl der heiligen Philomena als auch dem heiligen Joseph gewidmet.

This church just reminds me of the Cologne Cathedral. It is much smaller, but still the architecture in all its gothic impressiveness is confusing me. Especially when you consider that it was built in the 1930s. The constructors actually drew inspiration from the famous german cathedral. The interior design is very church-like with a bit too much colour for my taste. Both St. Philomena and St. Joseph have their place there.
